June 2024 - My first blog post!

A new day arises. The sun shines over the East Vancouver hills as I write what will hopefully be the first of many blog posts for my new website.

Here, you shall find my ever growing body of work- films, concept art, storyboards. You'll also find updates to my various works-in-progress including Bright Eye - a cyberpunk short film written by Mackenzie Robin, to be co-produced by Bruno Trivelli, and to be directed by yours truly. My concept art for the project can be seen in my concept art/ storyboards page. More news coming soon.

I've also done storyboarding work for Gavin Cameron's upcoming animated short film, which you can see below:

My calendar for 2024 is open for commissions regarding concept art and storyboards. I work fast and am quite affordable: ($175 for one piece of concept art and $50 per storyboard page). You may ask yourself, mysterious client who I do not know: "Why can't I just get A.I to do concept art for my films?".

The answer: A.I can't have a consistent art style nor an understanding of visual storytelling. As a filmmaker myself, I know how to get into the mind of a director and how to adapt to their needs. Most importantly, I can provide the one thing A.I's search engine can't ever have: originality.

So step into my mind and lets build worlds that can speak greatly to the human condition.
